Spa Etiquette
We provide a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere here at Mythos Spa & Salon complete with complimentary refreshments during your visit. Our mission is to ensure you are personally pampered in every way possible, with first class services! When it's time to step back into the real world, you can be assured that you will leave looking and feeling your absolute best.
Appointments
Please arrive at least 10 -15 minutes ahead of your scheduled apointment. Arriving early allows you time to change if needed, fill out any forms and most importantly, relax and enjoy a herbal tea or beverage while getting acquainted with the spa. Also, you will be sure to get the maximum benefit from your visit. We schedule appointments according to our technician's availability. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated time for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
What should I do if I know I will be late?
Please call in as soon as possible. While the staff at Mythos Spa and Salon will make every effort to accommodate the original service order, we may however need to re-schedule the appointment. Please try and be on time for it is important that you arrive early to ensure that you are relaxed and comfortable when your therapy commences.
Check-in policy
Please check in at the reception area at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments unless there is enough time.
Respect other guests!
Please silence your cell phones prior to entering the spa. We want to keep it a relaxing and quiet atmosphere during everyone's treatments.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself and email it to the recipient or have them picked up at our location.
Am I expected to tip?
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. 20% of the service total is customary, however gratuities are left to the discretion of the guests satisfaction.
